Gwen’s ROCKSTAR Abs – 3 tips to copy

Gwen Stefani was her usual cool self when she recently attended 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango concert in Carson, CA. Before she performed at the event, the singer gave fans a glimpse of her toned tummy in a black sheer top while striking all kinds of fun poses on the red carpet.

Gwen has been known for consistently keeping her TOTALLY TONED BODY in ROCKSTAR SHAPE over the years, and has been more than open about her struggles and motivations. Let’s face it, everyone has days when they just don’t feel like it. But everyone can reach deep down and find their own inner motivation, even if it doesn’t involve being on stage in front of a roaring crowd!

Here are 3 TIPS from Gwen to build your own ROCKSTAR BOD!


When she works out, Gwen says that she is not into Pilates or yoga but is “more like a man” — think weightlifting, boxing, and cardio. She also stays in shape by jumping and dancing her way across the stage when she’s on tour.

Add bodyweight exercises into your own workout routine, like squats, lunges, and push-ups, and be on your way to a Gwen-like bod!


Gwen isn’t shy about admitting that vanity drives her to stay fit. She says that she feels “disappointed” when she can’t fit into the clothes she loves and that she wants to look her best when on stage.


Calling herself a “chubby child,” Gwen struggled with her weight growing up. She mostly sticks to a healthy diet full of organic produce and lean proteins.
